Mall & Market leverages its knowledge of current French regulations and jurisprudence to help its customers to prepare all necessary administrative paperwork, providing end to end management of the application procedures for business permits and commercial operating licenses: these procedures can include the presentation and defence of applications for planning permission at hearings of the local and national bodies responsible for commercial development planning (CDAC and CNAC) and, where applicable, advocacy before the Administrative Court of Appeal.

Mall & Market also conducts expert analyses and audits of real estate value enhancement, taking into account all legal and statutory requirements.
