Mall & Market has leveraged its expertise to help transform the historical edifice of the French coin and medal mint, La Monnaie de Paris, into a new tourist and shopping attraction. Mall & Market defined the commercial deployment plan, which centres on concept stores and restaurants Guy Savoy was selected to transfer his 3-stars restaurant to the new centre.
