CONTEXT :

Mall & Market has enabled American retailer Abercrombie & Fitch to set up its first store in France on the prestigious Avenue des Champs-Elysées. Contracted by property owner Immobilière Dassault to bring a unique flagship store to this venue, Mall & Market provided its service as expert consultant specializing in the commercial typology of the Champs Elysées.

MISSIONS :

  • Consultant to Immobilière Dassault, the owner of the building
  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative dossiers for the business license application
  • Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local commercial development planning commission (CDAC).
