Eataly – BHV Les Cours – Le Marais – Paris 4th

CONTEXT :

Founded in 2004 by Oscar Farinetti and Carlo Petrini, the first Eataly store has opened in Turin, then Tokyo, New York, Sao Paulo, Istanbul, Dubaï, and soon London, Washington or Los Angeles. As an essential step in its expansion process, Paris will host this unique concept which sublimates italian products and specialities. This first French Flagship will be implemented among the buildings belonging to BHV (Galeries Lafayette Group) , in the Marais district.

MISSIONS :

  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
  • Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local and national authorities responsible for commercial development planning (CDAC).
