Mall & Market advises and supports the Citynove Group, the real estate branch of the Galeries Lafayette Group, all over France. Located in the centre of Annecy, the objectives of this project are the extension and redevelopment of the existing store and its adjoining shopping complex in order to reinvigorate and enhance the image of the site and of the city centre.
MISSIONS:
Recommendations for retailer deployment and retail planning
Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
Assistance and representation in relations with the competent administrative authorities and in particular the local commercial development planning commission (CDAC).
