Context
“La Grande Epicerie de Paris” offers a unique concept based on products valorization, gastronomy and know-how of artisans. This concept benefits from a major renown.
The project proposes a reconversion of the Franck & Fils shop, in order to exploit the “Grande Epicerie de Paris” on 2 900 sqm of total retail space.
This creation is also a response to the decline of the Franck & Fils store, which is not a locomotive anymore today, for the Passy district.
The new store will round off the offer by proposing high quality products, associated with restauration spaces, within a cared for interior. Materials and exhibition furniture will be chosen in order to bring a warm atmosphere to this place, propitious to relaxation.
