CONTEXT :

Pitch Promotion was awarded a contract by the joint municipal council to build a shopping complex on the designated urban development zone (ZAC) of La Croix on the outskirts of Gignac (Hérault). The promoter has called on the expertise of Mall & Market for the development of this mixed project (offices, shops and residential unit) that will reinforce commercial activity and services in the heart of Hérault county.

MISSIONS :

  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
  • Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local commercial development planning commission (CDAC).
