Galeries Lafayette – 52 Champs Elysées – Paris 8th

CONTEXT :

The project takes place in the historical building in the Champs Elysées localized at the 52-60, owned by SCI 52 Champs Elysées and whose tenants were successively National City Bank of New York, Prisunic, and more recently Virgin, which closed its doors in July 2013. Then, the petitioner wishes to upgrade its unique asset refurbishing it and updating the retail mix. Consequently, the opening of this building will allow Galeries Lafayette to complete its history while looking forward.


MISSIONS :

  • Lobbying (meeting the local authorities responsible for urban retail planning)
  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
  • Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local authorities responsible for commercial development planning (CDAC).

TOTAL RETAIL SPACE :

9,700 sqm
