After the « Reinventing Paris » contest, launched by the capital city in 2014, “Le Collectif Coulanges” has been designated laureate to its project within Coulanges Hotel, which is a 17th century building located in the heart of the Marais.
Within this historic building, three locations are predicted:
The creation hub will host some cultural and professional events, some conferences, show-rooms, passing stores, parades, creation desks…
Concept stores will propose shops offering brands looking for atypical places
A Co-working space will provide entrepreneurs and creators some services, suitable for their development
A whole universe about fashion, creation and design will be created in this historic building.
Missions
Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local and national authorities responsible for commercial development planning (CDAC).
