CONTEXT :

Mall & Market has been requested to think about an atypical concept to reinvent the “Palacio Garages de Paris” located Place de la Madeleine. The idea is to propose to Parisians a new and bold commercial space, specialised in decoration and home furnitures. This implantation branded Leroy Merlin will allow Parisians to have a brand-new offer in the heart of Paris.

MISSIONS :

  • Reflexion to create a new urban concept dedicated to Parisians
  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
  • Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local and national authorities responsible for commercial development planning (CDAC and CNAC).
