CONTEXT :

Mall & Market has been involved in the planning and deployment of retail outlets as part of the “Operation of National Interest” in the Plaine du Var. One of the key projects in this major public works programme was the construction of the new Nice Stadium and its surrounding commercial infrastructure. The Stadium Area Redevelopment Project (known as “PIA” – Programme Immobilier d’Accompagnement) created a new pole of attraction in the area, including a new shopping precinct where big-name stores that had previously been absent from the immediate vicinity and even from the entire county of Var were able to establish new outlets.

MISSIONS :

  • Conducting economic feasibility and competition monitoring studies
  • Analysing the commercial deployment plan and recommending retailers
  • Advice and support in administrative procedures
  • Drawing up the business license applications
  • Advocacy and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local administration (CDAC).
