CONTEXT :

In order to requalify and reorganize a former industrial and polluate area (La Poudrette – Pavillons-sous-Bois), the Bellon group has decided to collaborate with Mall & Market to get specific expertise to develop a retail space “Les Berges de l’Ourcq” on 6,833 sqm and compounded of:

– a CORA supermarket

– a fifteen of shops and additional services

The ambition is to give households a new high-quality retail space which fits with the ecological and environmental norms to become a favorite meeting place.

MISSIONS :

  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
  • Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local authorities responsible for commercial development planning (CDAC).
TOTAL RETAIL SPACE :

6,833 sqm (Cora supermarket : 4,833 sqm + 2,000 sqm with shops and services)
