Mall & Market is assisting in the regeneration of the mythical Parisian department store “Bazar de l’Hôtel de Ville” (BHV). The aim of the owners is to enhance and renew the brand while preserving its prestige and reputation.
MISSIONS :
Reactivation of commercial rights that had lapsed (because they had remained unused for more than 3 years) by redeveloping 2160 square metres of retail space inside a building located on the corner of rue de la Verrerie and rue des Archives, adjoining BHV Homme
Conceiving and drawing up the administrative dossiers for the business license application
Representation and assistance in relations with the Paris commercial development planning authority (CDAC).

Extension of 2,160 sqm for an overall store area of 38,618 sqm
