CONTEXT :

The petitioner, Aspadis, wishes to endow Burnhaupt-le-Haut with a new, modern and attractive commercial equipment. The project is about creating a retail space of 8,025 sqm compounded with a 3,500 sqm Super U, a 6-tracks “Drive”, some specialized middle-sized stores (3000 sqm), a services place (florist, dry-cleaners, shoe-makers, bakery and snack bar for a 1,198 sqm total), as well as a new meeting and exhibition place dedicated to local tradespeople called “Atrium”.

MISSIONS :

  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
  • Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local authorities responsible for commercial development planning (CDAC).
