CONTEXT :

Mall & Market has enabled Japanese retailer Uniqlo to place its flagship store in the heart of Le Marais district, in a building belonging to Société des Cendres at Number 39, rue des Francs Bourgeois. This restoration brings together the old and the new, represented by the Uniqlo label – preserving, revitalizing and celebrating the architectural heritage of the site.

MISSIONS :

  • Conceiving and drawing up the administrative dossiers for the business license application
  • Representation and support in obtaining permissions from the local planning authorities (CDAC).
