CONTEXT :

Mall & Market, a long-time partner of Compagnie de Phalsbourg, has placed its expertise at the service of “revamping city outskirts”, the core domain of this promoter. The aim of the “Open Sky” project, located in the municipality of Plaisir (78), is a total remodelling of urban space and the design of a new complex that is both innovative and capable of adding a new dimension to the district.
