Mall & Market is providing the initiative for the future renovation of the Louvre Post Office (“Poste du Louvre”) located in the centre of Paris (district 1). This project consists in the creation of residential units, a police station, a hotel, offices, a crèche and a shopping centre containing about fifteen shops representing an area of 4100 square metres, together with restaurants.
MISSIONS :
Conceiving and drawing up the administrative documents and paperwork for business license applications
Assistance and representation in obtaining planning permission from the local commercial development planning commission (CDAC).
Conducting a rental market survey and defining the types of commercial lease available
Recommendations and definition of the retailer deployment plan
